We are in our 20th year bringing 6-a-side Football to the local community overseeing 800 footballers who play their weekly game of football on our stunning state of the art 3G Football Pitches.

We originally took over the closed Pitch & Putt Course and 6 Tennis Courts in Centenary Park in 2005 and ran Centenary Park Sports Club (our previous name) from the legendary Hut. We instantly transformed two of the tennis courts into a makeshift 6-a-side Football Pitch hosting tournaments for the local community. Following a successful funding bid, we secured the cash to design and build our first 3G Football Pitch in 2008. 

Over time we quickly realised that football was the most popular sport out of the trio that we offered so in 2017 we built our second 3G Football Pitch on the site of the old red tennis courts. That year we closed our golf facilities and then in 2020 closed our remaining two tennis courts to totally focus our energy into the 6-a-side Football facility. We now work from our new office that sits overlooking the pitches.

The pitches are operated by Darragh who founded the business in 2005 and Kieran who took over as General Manager in 2021. They are both aided by Patrick, Tom, Rafi and Nikhil to bring the beautiful game to the masses each week. Over the years we have also been lucky to have Cathy, Charlie, Mark, Neil, Luke and Kevin work here. Each brought their own unique style and personality to the role and live forever in Centenary folklore. We pride ourselves on our customer service, which is the hallmark of our business alongside our superb football facilities. Making people feel welcomed is our number one priority so that all players enjoy playing football in a fun and safe environment.

Our ethos has also been to inspire young people to play football and we want Centenary to be the epicentre of football excellence for years to come. Our plans for the future are to build a final third football pitch so watch this space.
